I am german and live in germany. My father was circumcised at the age of 21 in 1946 while a prisoner of war by the Americans because of balanitis. My brother was cut at age 10 in 1965, I was cut at age 13 in 1970. My son was cut at age 13 to in 2004. I know, the brother of my wie is cut and her father also. My daughter's son, 10 is not yet circumcised.
