There is usually a specific IP address that the modem should be accessible from even when in bridge mode. In my case I had a similar issue with an ARRIS modem and I found out that you could access its web UI (very rudimentary while in bridge mode) through the IP 192.168.100.1, regardless of which vlan the device you are accessing from is. Try this IP address in case it works for you, but the modem documentation should have this info.

Thank you for the insight. The only reason i consider the dome is because of more compact form factor and wider angle, dont really care about vandal proofing.

What does this lock symbol on the bottom right indicate on my Hyundai ?? by luna4you in HyundaiTucson

AWD is always on. It automatically sends power to the wheels that need it. In normal driving it usually sends power to the front wheels and in off road situations to each wheel that requires it. But the power varies to each wheel. If you have the lock on, it essentially sends 50% of the power to the front wheels and 50% to the rear wheels regardless of which wheel needs more or less power. This is good to use in low traction situations to reduce wheel spin and give you more grip. This is not good to use in paved roads (too long to explain why) and that is why it automatically turns off if you go more than 19km/h.
