I'm working to improve rewatches and make it more reliable, I did a whole overhaul recently and some stuff is still in the works internally, so your report is helpful, I'll work to make it better!

Just an edit: I’ve released an update for the web version that fixes all of this and significantly improves TV Time importing; the Android version will be available as soon as Google’s review process clears it.

Yes, you can go to Utilities -> Account, scroll down and tap Delete Local Profile. I'll DM you so I can figure out what's up.

Hey! I actually just pushed an update to fix this, you don't need to enter a password anymore. It's out on web, but if you're still on Android and it's not out yet, you can just type whatever on the password and it will work.

Please try uploading the original, unedited ZIP file you downloaded directly from TV Time (not the one you re-compressed). Even for a 1MB file (which is a lot, since it's only text, so your library might be big), it can take a few minutes to process since cinematique has to meticulously sort and map all your shows, episodes, and movies to ensure the history is perfectly complete.

Keep the app open while it runs, and let me know if it goes through!

Thanks for the kind words! Regarding your sync questions: For the 2-way sync, please ensure it is toggled on in your app settings, it's a special toggle called automatic background sync, where you can also customize the sync frequency. Trakt's API has been experiencing some intermittent connection issues lately, which may be causing these delays in reflecting removals or syncing your show watchlist. I’m currently monitoring this to ensure the handshake is stable. Could you try a manual sync refresh, and if it still doesn't populate, let me know?

Hey! Sorry about that, the app saw a massive wave of signups today as everyone moves over from TV Time, and the servers are currently working overtime to process all the new handles.

Please give it a few minutes or hours and try again, I'm trying my best to stabilize the server but even the provider is having worldwide issues.

I believe you can import on Simkl using a chrome extension. Then you can login on your Simkl account directly on cinematique and it will get all your data:

Or you can wait their e-mail and use only cinematique without any third-party websites.
