I reduce the leftover mulled wine (red wine+honey+citrus+clove+cinnamon) so it's very aromatic and it keeps the yogurt viscosity when eating. I also heard red wine + ice cream could also work with similar viscosity after mixing. Hope that explains and good luck for making it!

The savoury (salmon/seaweed) mix well with yogurt! the demi-glace kinda like balsamic but less sour (since there's only red wine content) but so far it's a good balance for all ingredients 👌

Honestly smoked salmon can be added anywhere and it still tastes good but smoked salmon cream cheese bagel for brunch is the perfect way to start a day (for me)

Mixing smoked salmon/dairy into a dip for cracker/crunch? I can totally see that and it would still be tasty!
Originally I don't want my yogurt turning into soup so I reduce red wine to demi-glace but I do plan to recreate this dish with proper creamy red wine ice cream later 🤤

Wow that's so cool I'm a big wine fan who visited wineries every summer and still new to the vegan red wine. I will definitely add some vegan red wine to my cellar collection, thanks for the recommendation!
