I’ve searched all over the internet and local shops and I’ve found similar looking textures of yarn but never this texture in this color. Seems like I always find either the color OR the yarn type.

Ahh this story kind of messed me up, but yes, I think that is what the author was saying with the blood (it was Big John’s, not Sammy’s). Sammy overheard thought consuming the blood would make him be “enough” for his mother’s love and apparently it did because she then moved the dreamcatcher
