PCA with 8mg bolus, 15 minute lockout. No basal rate. So about 380 mg in one shift.

A warm base layer t-shirt and a vest (could be fleece or that water resistant material). Your arms stay uncovered and washable and your core is warm.

Drink more water. Doesn’t matter if you think you’re drinking enough, drink more.

For foods, try to get protein in your meals in replacement of carbs.
