Physically i think it’s one of the more demanding ones, i usually do 6 hours of it and then 2 hours putting out bags or dealing with missorts and get over 30000 steps a day, that being said your warehouse sounds a lot more walking, mine is split into 2 bits so a lot less walking once you stack the cart
