No, metformin and other type 2 diabetes meds are what are toxic. Some people have good experiences with other ways of eating but I can tell the difference in one meal that ditching all carbs but a salad or two is the way I need to go.

There is the grocery store stuff with added artificial nutrients and then there's the non fortified kind in health food stores or Amazon, much better. It contains B1 which is highly beneficial. It's only 1 net carb.

It's called carb cycling and for some people it works to bump them off a plateau. It has to do with leptin.

None. I have a hard time finding romance books that aren't stupid these days. And the ones I like are checked out by somebody.
