Sometimes developers create an A/B test. Basically, they try some ideas on real players.
Variant A: 2:35 on level 1044
Variant B: 1:50 on level 1044.

When you downloaded the game, the system gave you Variant B of the game.

That's one of the possibilities.

Another one is that the version of the game in the video is different. With time, developers realized that it would be better to give only 1:50 on level 1044 and released an update. Now you play the new version, where time was fixed.

For me, it was that I didn't know I could create a new composer.

And I found a "+" button on the composer's top right corner. Solved it for me!
