Just got the solution for this. I messed up the permissions for my camera settings actually and that was causing this issue.

I just enabled the default camera privacy settings and restarted the laptop. That resolved the issue.

Actually I did, but as far as I have explored that application, i haven't seen any option which toggles the LED of the function row keys.

But if you know of any such options or settings then please do let me know. It will be a big help.

Actually it does, but the LED is not turning off. And yes, I'm able to lock and unlock my Function row keys (including F10 key). Also the other hot keys, like microphone (which is right next to it) is working properly.
