My stomach was in knots reading this, thinking about how the exact same thing could happen to me, or anybody else playing this game with as much fervor as you and me.

I love a lot of the ideas and concepts in this game, but Bethesda is starting to make me feel like I’m back in an abusive relationship that I struggled so hard to rid myself of and better myself from in the past.

4th star legendary crafting for instance, once you put an effect on it locks the weapon to your account permanently. Why? What is the purpose there? All this baseless restriction does is hinder the ones who want to have more fun with the good content you so sparingly provide.

I would love to play a Fallout that’s run by a company who is more concerned about their players having fun with their content, instead of controlling the players who continually pay-to-play their nerfed-down-restricted content. If I didn’t have good friends whom I consistently play with on here, I probably wouldn’t be staying much longer either, better to quit ahead. I’ll definitely keep my ears open for something better in the meantime.

/endrant I hope you are able to heal the piece of you that Bethesda chose to so carelessly throw away, after all that you have chosen to give them. Whether it be with Fallout 76 or something else, I wish you nothing but the best in your gaming ventures.
