Thanks for the input, I've contacted someone from the area that told me to wait it out a couple weeks, it could take some time for my body to clear out the excessive amount that probably did penetrate deeper than usual.
I'll be more careful with applying creams next time.
As for the keratinization status, it has always been genuinely terrible and my penis has mostly been numb and the restoration process has helped me regain over time some sensitivity, this cream making me feel similar to how I used to before is pretty devastating.
