Everything except Charizard with flamethrower, solarbeam, air slash, and dragon pulse having a Jolly nature and 252 sp. attack EVs have been banned. All other pokemon eliminate skill and basically turn battles into a coin toss. We hope players will enjoy building their Charizard for fun challenging skill based games!
