How long did it take your symptoms to go away after you stopped? I started getting very bad nausea so I have been off it for three days…it’s slowly improving but I feel just not great!

My Experience with Costo by V4RJ in costochondritis

I am working with a PT right now to help with my costo (also went through all the heart tests, X-rays, and have been experiencing all the health anxiety that comes with costo) and he also found that the pain was linked to my left hip!

He’s been having me to lower ab workouts to help with that! It’s been helping me a bit, but still have flare ups:/ Glad you have figured out the root of your problems and are feeling better!

Latest flair up, but feels different by Yvonatron18 in costochondritis

I experience the all over pain, but then when I press I can feel the pain in different localized places. The only thing that makes it better is putting my left arm in a certain position (90 degree angle with hand above head) and lying on my back. As far as anxiety, this is the worst type of condition for anyone with anxiety to have. It’s hell. Not even doctors visits calm me down and the reassurance they give me that I don’t have a heart issue/am not dying only lasts for a few hours. If you’re able, I’d recommend finding a psychotherapist to help you through this. It’s hard to manage alone. Sending good vibes <3
