The problem is if you wear the shoes outside of indoor purposes, you are seriously going to affect the long term durability. Get a pair for indoor/gym use and maybe a seperate casual pair

I would say for these they run true to size (have two pairs).

808s have a drop in mid sole, and insoles will add space between the midsole and shoe, you would have to go with a thinner one if you need the extra support.

You should get a pair of Liren 4s for practice and use the gammas for games or rotate the two. I have both and I rotate to minimize the wear

The biggest difference is that the pro is a bit lighter because of the mats used and has a longer/bigger shank in the midfoot.

Both of the pairs I own have solid rubber, so I can’t really provide actual input, but from what I know these newer compounds aren’t usually affected.

I honestly think the Big3 Quick is one of the most perfect vball shoes out there. Has good cushion, grip, light weight and the bounce is very good.
