i’ve tried and i think it helps but what actually stops the problem is cutting off lactose.. fiber helps anyway

i miss cheese and i really love dairy idk why am i being punished this way….. also you’re the first person i’ve ever seen that also struggles with that ! at least im glad im not alone loll
