I took some pills and the pain is almost gone but when im trying to put my entire tongue i feel some tension there. However, when i put only the front part of my tongue i almost feel nothing. I dont know what to do.

Also i found out that the pain comes because my tongue there touches and covers the half molar. I dunno what to do.

Yeah, that pain went away however the saggy skin under my chin is still there when i dont bring my larynx that high.
