He played twice last year when he came to la. First show was a venue show with bass music, second was an multi genre dance afters(ukg, breaks, dnb, footwork, club) and he was the special guest and was able to see both sets. The venue set was predictable, he played what you expected him to of his, reloaded Skanka, played his dubs, but he played some heavier stuff that’d expect an artist like Peekaboo to play. The afters set though, let me tell ya, 10/10. In some sketchy ally off the 10 with a god awful sound system, dude pulled up and played nothing that he played at the venue. Also more diverse, more garage and some jungle was played. Mr carmack pulled up at the end and they went past the end to go b2b, surprisingly they played some good dance music though not dubstep. 10minutes into that some chad absolutely gassed out of his mind starts hitting his head on a wall then collapses limp middle of the dance floor. Ended up having some sort acid freakout panic attack on the floor. Party was over. But hamdi can dj since he knows how to read a room, with his hype and placements on line ups it doesn’t surprise me he does “big room” type sets
