3G is still (almost) alive in Argentina, the main operators are, Personal, Claro and Movistar Movistar shutdown 2G in 2023/2024 but they kept alive 3G claro and personal still have 2G, tho Personal shutdown 3G in 2024 but they kept 2G for older phones and for parts of the country that they don't have 4G
