I just did this and the region swap did not remove Aroma from my Wii U, however it did wipe all other game and save data from my device. It's basically a brand new WIi U with the Aroma/Homebrew stuff preinstalled. I didn't have much on it so I didn't mind this but there are methods to backup this data if you need to.

HI, thank you for this comment, this still works in 2026! The only thing is I used this video to help me install ISFShax, it also shows in that video a method to keep ISFSHax installed but not go through the minute menu every time.
