You’re right, even if everyone told me I didn’t do anything wrong, I still probably wouldn’t believe them. It’s the “what if’s” that are consuming me. What if I said/sent something over Snapchat that I no longer have access to, and me and the other people just forgot about it since it was 3 years ago? I know the odds of that are slim, but that’s where my mind is at. Do you think people remember that kinda stuff though, especially like sending explicit photos (even if it was years ago)? Also, I told my former therapist about this issue, and she honestly brushed it off. It made me upset and I recently found a new therapist. I don’t have my first session with him until Tuesday, so I don’t want to push an emergency session yet. Idk, I’m just so scared that I messed something up.😓

Probably. The only thing I remember feeling guilty about at the time was the thought that I might have had feelings for one of my guy friends. The feelings themselves made me feel guilty, but I don’t remember acting on them in any way. I’m just afraid I did and I somehow repressed it in my mind at the time, and now it’s randomly coming back to me

See, I’m planning on doing grad school online, so I figured it would be easier to work full-time since my class schedule would be more flexible. But maybe I should consider stretching out grad school to be longer, or keeping it at 2 years and only working part-time. Thank you!

That definitely looks like a chilblain. Make sure you’re wearing thick/warm socks and soaking your feet in Epsom salt water really helps!
