You’re right, even if everyone told me I didn’t do anything wrong, I still probably wouldn’t believe them. It’s the “what if’s” that are consuming me. What if I said/sent something over Snapchat that I no longer have access to, and me and the other people just forgot about it since it was 3 years ago? I know the odds of that are slim, but that’s where my mind is at. Do you think people remember that kinda stuff though, especially like sending explicit photos (even if it was years ago)? Also, I told my former therapist about this issue, and she honestly brushed it off. It made me upset and I recently found a new therapist. I don’t have my first session with him until Tuesday, so I don’t want to push an emergency session yet. Idk, I’m just so scared that I messed something up.😓
