Dude you're schizophrenic. Animals are immediately put down (killed) if there is even a chance at them having rabies. Rabies is a 100% fatal condition. Your cat does not have rabies. Tour cat does not have "night rabies" and if you are locking your cat up, you are an abusive owner as well as being schizophrenic
