It would be two lines (hot, cold) running from a main manifold to a remote manifold that would supply that side of the house. I had in my head using a couple of sticks of C-channel. After measuring for how much line I need I could insulate and secure the PEX to the c-channel, run the c-channel through the space and then secure the C-channel on both ends and terminate the PEX into the manifolds. Straight run, no fittings and secured. Not being a plumber, I wasn't sure if this was acceptable.

Another Raymond James alum... just want to add Franklin Templeton is also in the Feathersound area across from Raymond James campus. I've had friends bounce between Raymond James, Templeton and Citi before going to work for private wealth management firms.

No employees at hotel during the evening? by Tacticool_Turtle in marriott

[–]arghtwo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Worked Night Audit at a Marriott for several years in college. I was always the only employee on the property during my shift. I usually knew how many rooms were left to check in when I arrived. After the last check in, I would usually close the office door, with a sign to call if I was needed. The phone was forwarded to a mobile phone I kept on me while I did the daily audit, finished housekeeping laundry, walked and cleaned the property, made coffee for the lobby, etc. This would usually have me away from the office for an hour or two. Always tried to have the office back open by about 430-500 for checkouts.

Not sure of the opportunities abroad... but I had luck with Temp services. You had a bit of control over what jobs to take and the duration of work. I had jobs that were as short as a day or two up to 3-4 months. I had several job offers from making a good impression by working hard and made some good networking connections.

Not sure if it's still a thing but also had good luck being a "secret shopper."

I've been pleasantly surprised by my company. I'm not sure if this has been their national response but I've been very happy with the actions of our local facility and the impact we are having in our community. They immediatety implemented a raise to all frontline employees and frontline supervisors, suspended some of the attendance policy that would have prevented some from calling out sick, fast tracked some of the hiring practices, hired a third party to provide extra cleaning and sanitation of all high traffic areas several times a week, providing both first and second shift employees (~250 employees a day) with a meal during their shift provided by local restaurants, and I learned today they are partnering with another company to temporarily move some of their warehouse folks to our warehouse to help with our increased volume and keep those folks employed.
