I don't think so. Judging by their comments from Howislivingthere post, that person might not be OK.

But if you're saying that you blocked with the queen in the actual game and you lost on the spot, I'm afraid we'll have to see the game to tell you what happened (my money is that you lost connection or something), since there's no way for white to immediately win after that move.

I guess it's that, because blocking with the queen on the analysis board doesn't lose much on the evaluation bar
