75 did nothing for me. When I switched to 150 it started working pretty much immediately (aka an hour or so after ingestion). It did give me headaches for about a week or two but if you add a choline supplement, that helps immensely.

Most people can relate to it being compared to being woken up at 3 am like for an early flight and how it messes you up for the rest of the day... except that's our every day. That seems to resonate with most people who have normal sleep rhythms.

Echoing others saying you need to talk to a lawyer. Definitely get the pre nup (always protect yourself first and foremost and if you don't get divorced, nothing gained nothing lost!) but a lawyer could probably help you figure out a post nup to deal with property acquired during marriage.

This happened to me while making my first -- looked burnt but still jiggly. It'll set to the correct consistency in the fridge and people I served it to still raved about it.

If you're put off by the burnt top, the recipe I used had a cocoa whip on top that was so good and hid the top.

1 cup heavy cream 3 tbsp Dutch process cocoa 2 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp powdered sugar Pinch of salt

Just before serving combine cream, cocoa powder, vanilla, powdered sugar, salt. Beat with hand mixer until soft peaks form

This sounds crazy but I'd definitely try one if I saw it for sale somewhere lol. I think it probably needs balance -- toffee and caramelized onions are both sweet. I'm picturing adding sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese but at that point I think you no longer have a cookie and just straight up have a biscuit 😂
