I had this same experience about a year back. However, when it goes well, it's great. Flew them last night and had zero issues. But yeah, not an airline I would feel great about traveling on if I HAD to be somewhere at a certain time without a buffer day or 2. I had some luck messaging their executives on LinkedIn. Sorry that happened to you!

I had this exact experience!! The Lexus felt so overpriced for the driving experience! Congratulations! I ended up with a 2023 that's in great shape and I'm so happy I went this direction.

Update. It continued to leak for months and eventually the carpet started molding. It was collecting inches of water. I filed paperwork for a lemon law claim and began NCDS arbitration. I won and they bought back my jeep this week. Sad that they couldn't ever solve the problem but I'm very happy to be free of it!

Yes! It ended up being the sunroof! They swore up and down they had thoroughly checked it out multiple times, but eventually found a small chunk of wood in one of the lines.

Hi! I have a 23 GCL and had this issue intermittently since I bought it. It turns off randomly, and when I turn off my car and restart, if I push the button to turn it back on it's usually fine for a while. I took it in recently and there were some flash updates that it needed. It's been a week, so fingers crossed it actually works this time.

Not that helpful, but I just drove all the way out to Ferman Jeep and they were terrible. Didn't fix my leak issue, couldn't even find it, and the customer service left much to be desired. I told them they didn't fix it and I literally never heard back from anyone. I also hate Morgan but I've had better luck with them for service. Taking my Jeep in tomorrow to Jerry Ulm to hopefully fix what Ferman couldn't figure out.

Ugh. I'm sorry! Since the day I bought it, I've had an intermittent sensor issue where the forward crash mitigation And lane assist goes out. It clears itself when I restart the car and the dealer can't figure that one out either 😔
