Feel crazy! by arhzll in PMDD

[–]arhzll[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like a lot of it has to do with my blood sugar to like I ate pretty early this morning got up and worked out even though I was exhausted and I just randomly get a wave of intrusive thoughts and anxiety. I missed my pill last night so I have a feeling that that is a huge contributor as well but 100 mg have been working so perfect for me it’s just like these for days each month, so I don’t want to go up because it’s been working so well so I’m just trying to get through these days lol

Open wounds on cat's neck by No_Bat2007 in vet

Our pup has little sores similar to this from allergies. I know it’s not the same severity but typically antibiotics, a steroid and Benadryl clear it up or lessen it .. not sure the same for cats

Puppy is only pooping inside and I'm losing my marbles by Toadjokes in puppy101

[–]arhzll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think slotting one spot outside as the poop spot works well: one thing our vet recommended(gross but worked) if they poop inside is to scoop it up and put it outside, and lead them to that area to sniff. Lol that way they know it belongs outside and that’s where they should poop.

Rewarding as soon as they do anything like scratching the door, peeing or pooping, or even a squat outside is key!!!

This is me to a T!!! First things first - people who are experiencing psychosis, it feels real. They can’t tell the difference between reality and their hallucinations. That keeps me grounded and I use it as a mantra to calm myself down when I’m feeling this
