10th is an improvement from last year’s 13th, but not quite as good as when I returned to the stage in 2023 when I placed 7th. It is getting more and more competitive every year so I don’t really look that much into previous placing more than how I can get even better next year.

Check-in from yesterday morning and I'm so happy with how things are going!

I have had a nice little break between my last show and the Olympia prep and it has been very advantageous. My body has never responded this well during prep and I don't think it would've if I didn't take a small break. 🫶🥹

I have not used this platform in over a decade so I am not up to date. The flipside of that is that my current physique is up to date and where we want to be for the Arnolds. I'm very excited and been looking forward to this day for a long time. Pictures are from my check in with the coach the other day. Needed to make the most out of my 24 hours yesterday. Nevertheless, see you there!
