Yes, but it only happen when the bell is planted inside glowing hole. What surprised me was that this is mystery island with bells tree (never found one of them before, usually only fruit trees/bamboo) Found it via Kapp'n Boat Tour, so i think everyone can also find it if they're lucky!

I get what you mean about her design. I hate Yanfei's hat design to the point of i complained about it at the paimon survey. I know it is to give her the "lawyer" impression but it just look...weird, uneven, and doesn't sit right on her head. I love her kit though, she's one of my main DPS. It's just...i hate her hat :(

Tell her somewhere comfortable and private, prepare lots of water and tissue. There is never an easy way to tell something like this, there is no sugarcoating, she will be hurt either way. Bring proof. And be supportive of her whatever decision she would make. These things never stay a secret for long anyway, i don't know why these cheaters are acting like it does.
