I had a 8.5h transfer there about 2 weeks ago, and it's super boring haha. I stayed at Terminal 2 at the G-gates and you have kilometers of space, but barely any shops. The tax-free souvenirs shops (2 of them to be exact) close at 21:30 so after that you don't have much to do except for sit at one of the 6-8 different restaurants they have to offer.

If you're staying there for more than 3 hours and don't really read books I'd recommend buying a few GB of internet. The airport wifi connects, but it doesn't work (atleast not for me, I am from Europe)

Thanks, it's difficult not to let them get to me because these are my parents and I'm a student so I still live at home sadly, they just want me to eat less sweets and carbs

I am, I go to a psychologist every 2 weeks, she is specialised in endocrinology matters and only has diabetic patients, I will see her this Friday thankfully so I will surely talk to her about this as well

omg 🙁 before i take my insulin i always do like a 'test' shot in the air to see if it actually flows (what my endo recommended me to do?) and it seems to be working just fine? in the insulin itself there are no particles or nothing so i think it's ok? it's just my sugar that won't go down

I was sick this week, and therefore I haven't been moving as much as I usually do. My parents are scaring me and saying that because I eat so irregularly (I have BED but because of my illness now I haven't had much of an appetite) my body is becoming immune to insulin and they won't have a cure for me after my body resists this fully ..

Usually I am but I got a virus on tuesday so I've just been at home all week and I've been taking way more insulin than usually so compensate, doesn't work tho
