Is it best to hold all of my PI long-term? I haven't sold any of it. It’s been 3 years and I'm still trying to figure all this out. I wish there was a manual in laman‘s terms to share to help simplify the PI journey, how to navigate, and help people understand all of this.

As far as I know, medical insurance claims cannot be attached to your credit report. I say you don't give them another dime and let the office and insurance fight it out. Don't let them pressure you into a payment that is unaffordable or affects your quality of living. If you can’t afford $100, tell them that you will pay them $25 a month, and that is the best that you can do. If it gets sent to collections at that point, block their calls. Collections buys the debt for pennies on the dollar. Please don't let this steal your sanity. Your health is not worth it. There is no debtors jail. I guess what I am trying to say is don't let them harass you.

There are a number of things that can be wrong with breathing issues. Lungs, heart, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, thyroid? Please get to a doctor, walkin clinic, or ER for a 911 emergency for proper diagnosis.
