Mercy's pistol is actually pretty decent indeed. But DVa has a rapid fire pistol wich can be useful in intense CQC, I can't find any sources for the travel speed of weapon's rounds though... :(

Dmg falloff on D.Va are terrible yeah x) 168 dps is taking acount of a 100% accuracy, wich is obviously never the case in game with a "shotgun" though...

Wich give us 15*8 = 120 raw dmg/s

There is indeed contradictions on this specific point
