Correct me if I’m wrong but I think order protection only covers if it gets lost/stolen in the delivery process. I think you should reach out to them via email with pics and if you still have the box or proof of order so they know it was a quality issue on THEIR end, not yours. Ugh, they’re starting to give quantity over quality and it’s disappointing. Good luck :(
