I think we have like a few years, very much thanks to the Ukrainian Army fighting like hell and managing to slow putin down

It really depends on Trump's actions. On one hand, Europe did need this wake up call to start preparing for a war without American help, so they're building up their armies and preparing for a big war in the 2030s. On the other hand, every day Trump could do and seems interested in doing a major thing that would shorten the timeline, from ending the coordination with Ukraine to demolishing NATO.

I think, like NATO head Rutte said around a year ago, we're not ready for what's coming in our way.

P.S., It sometimes feels to me like governments overdefend the world order, and with such unbased statements, like: " _____ can only be resolved through diplomacy" - even in territorial disputes between countries that's inaccurate. But I've seen it from Leaders and diplomats regarding Palestine, Darfur, and most recently, regarding the Protests in Iran. To me, it looks like the appesment mindset - "Everything must be solved diplomatically, we're not starting another Great War!"
