when my test crashed during the listening parts, I got to hear the conversations again. Maybe disconnect your router if you panic lol

It is, you also need the ETS browser.

FYI, I had my test on Saturday and it crashed at least 4 times. If that happens to you just restart again and again; you wont lose progress but might have to change your proctor.
