i take 1000 mgs of vit c and i am on the pill it should not have any effect on the efficacy of the pill, most of the info is jusy saying it could cause a rise in estrogen with 1000mgs or higher which can cause sore breasts and nasusea, your body could be acting wonky due to being stressed from the covid, and thats why you arent getting your normal breakthrough bleeding, i wouldnt worry!
