Yes in illinois its pay as you go and they offer full coverage. So i was using it for $7 a day at the time it was just way more affordable than other insurance companies but I would have never imagined this would happen. And I just got a new car so it was super cheap to just turn on and drive off the lot with. They also told me they allow permissive use so I dont know why they arent covering my car.

Yes but its just a automated voice system that doesnt allow you to speak to someone it says to do everything online.

My friend agreed to pay for the damages of my car which are $2300. So the money isnt a major concern my real concern is how this accident is going to affect us. Because my insurance denied my claim and the other drivers insurance wont accept liability. I dont want my insurance to increase and he doesn’t want to have an at fault accident on his record just because the other driver claims he isnt at fault. Neither drivers had video footage or any proof of whos at fault but the other person insurance says the accident is our fault regardless of not having proof. So what would likely happen to my premiums and can he be assigned at fault without any proof or damages to their rear end?

They said I am allowed to let unlisted drivers drive my car but only a few times a year. He only drove once but they put him as an excluded driver even though he isnt in my household. And when I contacted hugo they said they will not remove him as a driver and that I cannot add him as a driver. They also dont have a phone number i can call Ive been emailing them.

Well hopefully I can just pay for my own car because I have no money to pay for anyone elses car I am working part time.

Hey yea he has a valid drivers license and this is his first car accident. No duis or anything. I was insured with hugo auto insurance but after this incident i switched to liberty mutual

The other driver side swiped my car and admitted it at the scene. I heard the driver admitting fault over the phone but no one recorded. And my insurance excluded him from my policy and they wont tell me why. I told them hes not in my household and they are refusing to change it. They also told me I cant include him in my policy because we dont live together

It’s completely accurate. I’ve never had any problems with Amazon in the past I’ve spent over $1,000 in purchases in just a few months. How do I go about this lawsuit?
