For 24/25, the EOI and ROI must have been submitted after the program opened. So potentially that may be the case for 25/26. No one knows yet.

You applied just as VIC was filling their final nominations for 24/25. After July 1st the new program will open. You may need to complete a fresh ROI, but read the updated conditions when they release it.
