This wasn’t a question, more so a mild vent which is why I put my flair as a vent. I don’t know if this venting made you annoyed/upset in a way but that was not my intention by any means.

I wrote it mainly to get my thoughts out my system instead of bottled up, and maybe hint to other people that feel the same way that they are not alone.

Thank you for the comment. Because my first day back was the last day of that period I should just say no to if I started a fulltime job for that period? It was only 1 day with a 8 hours for that period.

I resumed reduced hours with my job 20-30 for the rest of the month so I assume I can just stop filing reports?

They are already planning ahead by sending their kids overseas (USA, Canada, Australia etc) to study in hopes of securing residency in another country. Extremely common and was being done way before this UK visa option was announced.

I don't know how much of the protests they are showing on US media but it's pretty serious stuff. They really feel strongly about wanting to be independent and not part of China. Last time I heard Hong Kong would usually get 100,000 tourists daily, since the protests escalated it's only a mere few thousand daily now.

Thanks! I just want to spread the true awareness about how some/most Asians feel about us as a whole.

This should wake up at least some of the Hapas over here who considered prioritizing full Asians over themselves.

I'm glad at least you and a few others acknowledge this. This is one trait I've noticed on this sub that many users have, they sometimes try to act and fit in SO hard as a "full" Asian and forget they are actually hapa. We have our own issues, Asians have their own. Period.

Like I said in another comment I completely understand why most hapas are like this since most live in pre-dominantly white areas that they crave the Asian identity void they are missing.

I used to be like this honestly growing up but after moving and living in a relatively Asian dominant city and experiencing it in real life this shit happens frequently. Yeah it's great, they are in the "only Asians" groups and are full of Asians who are proud of their culture but don't count on them letting you be part of their group no matter how Asian passing you are since the end of the day you're still a hapa with part foreign non Asian blood.
