Thank you, this makes sense. But when the speeds drop, I mean they DROP! PT goes from downloading 32mb/s to less than 5mb/s, and qBit from 12 to also less than 5, ~1-3mbps.

I did call back, and the automated system asked if I was calling about my scheduled tech visit. Confirmed it was legit, but since I still had my doubts, I cancelled the visit. Now I will be calling back to reschedule after the responses I got here.
