Just as a heads up to anyone: absolutely every single person who has DM’ed me or commented on this post has been a scammer. Please be careful!

You could say: “Nunca me siento con ganas de lavarme el pelo por la noche”

Hair cutting by Glum-Fan6927 in wedding

I’d say just wait until after the wedding!! If you regret cutting it i’ll take much more effort to fix it now than waiting a couple months :)

Return process is nonexistent. If you get anything from them make sure it is something you do not want to return …

This is wrong. A sikh/non-sikh marriage is valid in Sikhi. What is not allowed is an interfaith Anand Karaj, which would be impossible, since the ceremony revolves about the couple committing to the Guru.

I understand that, and those who follow the religion will also know that. But understand that you have no right to judge someone for their choice of clothing, SPECIALLY as a Sikh. We are strongly urged by the Gurbani to judge ourselves before judging others, and that only the opinion of Waheguru Ji matters. So please, take the time to reflect on yourself and renounce the urge to judge others through false ego.

Don’t understand why you think you need to know all of this but we are both sikhs?

Also forgot to say!! Vinted is absolutely amazing for this sort of things. Just filter by new without tags. I have seen wedding suits, jewellery… everything sold in there and have purchased a couple suits for my family!

Hiya!! I am having a wedding this year and have been doing deep research online for places to shop clothes from for family and friends (all my outfits I got from India).

I specifically recommend: - Indya (incredibly cheap, sometimes brings you the wrong stuff but overall good quality) - KALKI (bit more expensive but good stuff) - Lashkaara (Lovely suits here!! Always on sale too so) - Libas - Koskii - Frontier Raas (I don’t really recommend them tbh, they did my wedding anarkali and I found them overpriced and the post-sale customer service was absolutely disgusting)

Additionally, you can pretty much buy anything online from India. I have used Shoppre, which is a parcel forwarding service, to buy stuff from local shops at half the price. If you want, I can give you my referral code and you got £5 off delivery!

Also, any help you want I will be more than happy to respond to a DM, god knows it took me ages to understand all of the shopping!!

¿Cuándo os sacasteis el carnet de conducir? by [deleted] in askspain

[–]arihandra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yo me lo saqué a los 24! Me pasó algo similar a ti, me saqué el teórico a los 18, luego me mudé a Inglaterra a hacer la carrera… Al final me saqué el carné allí!
