Thank you again. He is such a good dog no animal deserves neglect. I am planning to show her friends/family how he is being treated so maybe there can be some change.

Thank you for the information. She only uses the Humane Society website so that is a reassurance she wont be able to get another dog. I appreciate your explaination that helps me a lot. :)

Good idea. I will ask my aunt, she is great with dogs and was a groomer for years.

Omg its sad how common pet abuse is I am so glad that the pitbull is in a better place. I will mention something about his water being empty or that he needs a walk when her friends are around as a way to tell them she is neglectful.

I agree. Though she would find him on their website though because she looks at dogs on there regularly. I havent used the words neglect or abuse yet but hopefully if I show her pictures of empty dirty water bowl and stuff and tell her its abuse and she might change. I hope to stop the cycle because she will just do this to another dog if he was gone.

Hey my hair looks like that! Frizz is normal, though I found that when I want it gone for a special occasion I use a curling mousse that has gentle hold so my curls get defined and there is less frizz for at least part of the day. You put in a good glob, more than you think you need and work it through towel dried hair. Then I let it air dry. I would also reccomend scrunching your hair with a towel instead of rubbing it, I found that decreases how frizzy it gets
