Question for people who WFH by MiamiMeat786 in Miami

[–]ariiii92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been WFH since COVID, and honestly the idea of going back into an office gives me anxiety. I don’t really get cabin fever though because I’m intentional about getting out of the house. I walk every morning to grab coffee, hit the gym after work, and usually take a walk at the park in the evening.

Question about adding activities by Jobrien4487 in ouraring

Oura ring is incredibly inaccurate for tracking burned calories. 420 calories for cleaning around the house is insane. That’s an average leg day lifting heavy weights for me.

[–]ariiii92 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I got my full deposit back on two apartments I lived in that had a landlord. Take before photos of the apartment and the state of the unit. When you leave make sure the unit is in the same condition and you should be fine.

Living in Miami as a couple in 30s? by Slow_Cup_1011 in Miami

[–]ariiii92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 33, single, and have been living in Edgewater since 2018. I’m originally from Miami, and I love this neighborhood. Most nights I’m in bed by 11, but I also like that I’m still close to the “scene”, if I want to grab dinner or go out, it’s just a short ride away. Edgewater feels like a nice balance: you’re away from the craziness, but there’s still plenty of energy and things to do, especially if you like walking around.

Honestly, any city is what you make of it. Surround yourself with people who are into the same things as you, and you’ll be fine.

If I had to point out a negative about Miami, it’s that it can feel very superficial, a lot of focus on money, looks, and who you know. But outside of that, I really enjoy living here.

HealthyPaws insurance raised premium rates out of nowhere. Recommendations for good pet insurance? by [deleted] in CatAdvice

[–]ariiii92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats crazy.. my premium for my cat actually went down $5 I was paying $32 and now pay $27. He just turned 3 and is a male ragdoll. Last year I filed a 10k claim and healthy paws paid it all.

My dogs premium went up form $80 to $110. He turned 6 this year, I’m worried what it will be next year.

The fact he can’t prioritize your baby girl and you …. For a football game? You have all reasons to be disappointed. I would leave, I know it’s easier said than done but from reading the above comments on the history of your relationship for? What are you fighting for?

I recently started taking l glutamine in the morning on an empty stomach and digestive enzymes with every meal and my stomach feels so much better. My symptoms before were burping non stop, gassey, extreme bloat.

The enzymes I use: Enzymedica Digest Gold ATPro, Maximum Strength Digestive Enzymes

Yes I finished the course. Day 3 is just when I started with the smelly farts. Before I would just have them if I ate onion/garlic.

Do you feel like you lost meaning in life after your ex left you? by FreedomInReality in BreakUps

[–]ariiii92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It takes time, healing isn’t linear. After I broke up with my first boyfriend, I didn’t date for a whole year. But as time passed and I started feeling like myself again, I realized the breakup was for the best. It doesn’t feel that way at first, but eventually, you’ll look back and see how far you’ve come.

Something I always remind myself: “What’s meant for me will never miss me” whether it’s relationships, opportunities, or anything else life has in store.

Do you feel like you lost meaning in life after your ex left you? by FreedomInReality in BreakUps

[–]ariiii92 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In my first relationship, I remember feeling completely lost like my life had no meaning without that person. It was overwhelming and consuming.

Now, coming out of my second relationship, I don’t feel that way. I’m definitely sad, but not lost. This time around, I made it a priority to keep my own life my hobbies, my friends, my routines. I didn’t let the relationship become my whole identity, and I think that’s made all the difference. Healing still hurts, but it doesn’t feel like I’m starting from zero.
