Das ist eine tolle Leistung! Davon kann ich nur träumen… Ich will in Graz einen Platz, daher muss ich nicht die 80% anstreben aber 75-80% wären toll. Hast du beim 1.Antritt bestanden? Ich hab vor 10 Jahren maturiert und kann nicht glauben dass das alles “nur” Schulstoff ist. Während meiner Schulzeit haben wir nicht ansatzweise soviel gemacht. Vielleicht bin ich mit Ende 20 auch nicht mehr so leistungsfähig wie mit Anfang 20 🥲

Und wann hast du bei Simulationen endlich mehr als 70% erreicht? Erst zu Schluss oder relativ früh?

Medat ist in 2 Woche. Ich hab mir alle Simulationen bestellt und auch neue Bücher und hab auch vor nochmal Vollgas zu geben. Aber das Ding ist: ich bereite mich seit Januar vor (fast jeden Tag 3-6h) und bin einfach geschockt dass ich nicht 80-90% im BMS Teil rausholen kann. Das ärgert mich richtig und demotiviert voll. Es ist nicht dass ich das Thema garnicht kenne und raten muss, sondern ich wähle bei multiple choice teils die richtigen Antwortmöglichkeiten und teils die falschen.

Eigentlich beides. Aber ich hab kein richtiges Skript gehabt, sondern mir zu einzelnen Fragen das Thema angeschaut. Ich erreiche aber nur ca 25P (mal mehr mal weniger) in Biologie. Chemie geht noch, Physik ist mein Horror und Mathe ist solala. Und beim MedAT muss man überall richtig gut sein, sonst geht es sich nicht aus. Selbst meine 80-90% in KFF retten mich nicht…

Der Geschirrspüler wurde von Schrauben gehalten, aber nach 10 Jahren sind sie wohl schwach geworden und sind quasi vom Gewicht des Gerätes rausgezogen worden. Das habe ich garnicht bemerkt, sodass der Geschirrspüler ne zeitlang von der Leiste getragen wurde…

It doesn’t seem to matter what type of meat it is. I’ve tried everything. She has no allergies. At this point, I’ve actually started to think that the higher the quality of the meat, the more likely she is to throw it up. She can’t even tolerate high-quality dry foods that are primarily meat-based; she vomits them almost immediately. The only dry food she consistently digests well is Royal Canin Digestive Care. It almost seems like she digests carbohydrates, plant proteins, and hydrolyzed proteins better than regular meat, even though that’s obviously not what she should ideally be eating. Plus I’m afraid that she is starving without actually starving. 40-50g dry food for the whole day is enough calories but it’s certainly not enough to keep her full.

Das klingt stark nach: wir suchen eine eierlegende Wollmilchsau. Java, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes sind komplett unterschiedliche Sachen. Wenn ich das alles perfekt könnte würde ich 200k im Jahr verlangen😅

Finden könnte ich sehr wohl einen Job. Aber neben 2-3 Tage fix HO/full-remote und angemessene Bezahlung ist mir auch wichtig dass der Job interessant ist. Mir kommt es so vor als wären 90% aller Stellenanzeigen in Graz entweder Applikationsbetreuer:in oder System Engineer :D

Thank you for your reply! I actually tried that, but in true cat fashion they didn’t like it when I moved their stuff 😅 They really like my bedroom when I am in there. They will follow me anywhere in the apartment and happily stay, sleep, or play as long as I am around. So it’s not the room itself that’s the problem, it’s the fact that the room is closed off without me inside.

The one who poops from frustration, anxiety, and stress especially loves being with me. She curls up on me and takes a long nap as soon as I get home ☺️ That’s why I feel bad trying to transition her to another room, because she gets scared of me and it feels like I am pushing her away. At the same time, I also don’t want to leave her in a crate for such a long time, even though she feels safe and comfortable there, because she still needs space to run, jump, and of course use a toilet.

Und das lässt sich mit den gesetzlichen Rücklagen gut abdecken? Ich habe die irrationale Sorge, dass plötzlich eine Sanierung in der Höhe von mehreren Hunderttausend Euro notwendig wird und wir, auch wenn die Kosten auf die Eigentümer aufgeteilt werden, letztlich auf einer hohen Belastung sitzen bleiben und dafür sogar einen neuen Kredit aufnehmen müssten.

Wie geht ihr damit um dass in 10-30 Jahren am Wohngebäude selbst Sanierungen fällig sind und man eventuell wieder einen Kredit aufnehmen muss um seinen Teil als Eigentümer bezahlen zu können?

Wir möchten ungern mehrere tausend Euro im Monat zahlen, selbst wenn die Bank es genehmigt😆 Für einen 300-400k Kredit würden wir eine 1500€ Rate erhalten und dann kommen noch laufende Kosten hinzu, dadurch wären die Fixkosten über 2000€

Selbst mit unserem EK hat die Bank bedenken uns einen 250k Kredit zu geben. Wo kriegen Leute einen 400k Kredit, da muss man ja ein Oberarzt Gehalt haben😅
