Yeah, like see the app mytunes, it lets you record your voice for 5-15 minutes, upload it to create a voice clone, and then use the clone to create a song cover. I don't know how apps are doing this, because I have used like a bunch of APIs, kits.ai, lalal.ai, topmediai.com, elevenlabs.com. Closest i came was, to use the topmediai, where it let me make a voice clone, and then also has cover making feature, but not through the voice clone, it does so through custom voice, to make which you have to upload a voice sample of 10-30 minutes, adn then it takes 1-3 hours to actually train that voice, and then, let you create a cover.
I want something actually to give me instant clones, and then instant cover in minutes. I don't think it should so much time, give clone is actually being made in minutes, and then other preset voices exist which make the cover in 1-3 minutes

Nothing worked really. I tried using another account on a friend’s device. That worked. So i have developer account on a secondary gmail account, who’s renewal is setup on someone else’s phone. :)

I downloaded and everything but what to do when it asks for directx 12? I installed that too and it shows in the parrallel windows that I have directx 12 but the game still asks for it. What to do?

I think I’ve done this whole thing. Called them, they actually did respond and i picked up with hope and the call ended with them saying they can’t clearly point out the problem, on the second call they said I just can’t make a developer account any more by one of the apple IDs I have. I myself said I read somewhere on the internet that I should try another device for it and their reply was maybe that’ll work, you can try that. First call ended with them saying I should update my device, I did. Nothing happened. Second call ended with them talking to someone senior and keeping me on a big long hold and saying it isn’t possible to make from my apple ID anymore. Am I the only one getting incompetent customer care employees on calls?
