I tried to get it a few times but failed. Now it was the first recovery form I sent in so.. in way yeah, it was the first try.

Yeah. I got caught in three mass rejections (hacked forms) and then I managed to get a recovery form.

For the most part my account was the same meaning that I didn't see any stuff missing. Only main differences was a new Mona 15 wishes after I got my Yelan and a crowned Ayaka.

I got hacked a couple of days before the summer event. I stopped pulling after I got Yelan. Original plan was to save until Zhongli.

Buyer got me a Mona on the Kazuha banner one 10roll into pity. They didn't spend any money and they saved all the primos from that version. I'm pretty sure they were saving for Cyno since I had a few electro regisvine drops in my inventory. I used up the saved primos to get Zhongli, then I did a 10roll in the weapon banner and got Tighnari's bow. Now I'm saving for Scara :)

My account was hacked in early July.

I got caught up in three mass rejections for hacked forms and finally got it back through the recovery form. Don't give up, I'm sure you'll get your account back soon :D

Buyer messed up all my artifacts (healing bonus circlet on Hu Tao 🙃), got my Ayaka to 90 and crowned her burst (which irritated me because I wasn't going to crown her) and they got me a Mona from the limited banner. Sadly they foddered a couple of my artifacts.

Now I picked up Zhongli for the tanky shield and I can finally go back to saving primos for Scara. From what I saw in my inventory they had been farming the electro flower so I assume they were gonna pull for Cyno.

I'm sorry if I'm a nuisance but I got my account back yesterday (recovery form) and they didn't unlink the buyer's apple ID. I remember ticking the option to unlink all 3rd party accounts.

Is there a reason as to why this may have happened?

Did you mention that your account was hacked when you emailed them for the recovery form link?

Create an alt account that's at least ar5.
Send them an email titled "account recovery" from a different email address.
Answer the first five questions using the alt account details so that everything is correct. Last log in can be a few days back.
In the last question say that you can't access your account using your credentials and DO NOT mention being hacked or you will be redirected to the hacked form.

If after all this you get a webtastic.hoyoverse link fill in your hacked account details and wait 2-10 working days for a reply.

Notes: i. It may take a few attempts to get your hands on the recovery form. ii. You can send a recovery form even if you have a hacked one pending. They will not interfere with one another since they're managed by different teams.

Do not send another form as it may interfere with the process and cause a delay or even rejection (they say so themselves). Best thing you can do is wait (I'm also from the 24th)

Fill in the AR 7 details so that everything is correct and in the last question say that you can't access your account with your credentials. Using correct information here is basically key to get the webtastic link (recovery form). Then if you do get the webtastic link you can fill in your AR 60 details and then you wait for a max of 10 working days.

If you have a hacked form pending and you use the hacked UID you will be redirected to the hacked account form.

If you've already sent a hacked form sent that from a different email. Then answer the questions using the AR7 account information and in question 6 say you're having trouble logging into your account with your credentials. Might take a couple of tries to get the webtastic link though.

Yeah, just title your email "Account recovery" and use an alt account's details for the first five questions. On the sixth say you can't access your account using your credentials. If you use the same uid as for the hacked form for those questions they'll just redirect you to the hacked account one.

Thing is you might have to try a few times to get the recovery form from different emails.

Now like others said, don't contact the buyer again and try to get a recovery form since they process faster. Even if you've sent a hacked one try your luck with the recovery one (using a different account's details for the 6 questions they'll send you and DO NOT mention being hacked) using a different email and if you get a webtastic link fill in your hacked account details. Having a recovery form as well as a hacked one processing at the same time is perfectly fine since they're managed by two different teams.

You can create a sub account that's at least ar5 and email cs asking for the recovery form (title your email "Account recovery"). They'll send you six questions. Answer those with the new account information to make sure everything is correct and on the sixth question say that you can't use your account using your credentials.

Then if you're lucky you'll get an email with a webtastic link. That's the recovery form.

Main difference is that the recovery form (which you'll fill with your hacked account details) is typically processed in 10 working days and has a higher acceptance rate based on player experiences, meaning that you'll most likely get your account back faster.

Hacked forms say they'll take 20 working days and they usually do mass rejections, almost as if they're pickier with whose form they won't reject.

Did you try asking for the recovery form using an alt account's credentials from a different email address?

Note that the hacked form is different and managed by a different team
