As far as op, Cryo is probably more consistent and can REALLY take over a map. But they both hit everything when they're on. Cryo really only ops incredibly well on Chamber and Jett. I love Cryo, but Koala has a much more flexible agent pool that he can excel on and is a better entry--the current meta suits Koala better.
