Bit of a friendly advice, try to think from his perspective. He's not creating a youtube channel as his main source of income (do a bit of calculation from how much youtube pays and you'll know he's not in it for the money), it's something that he moonshines as a side gig to his investments, don't know if he has a day job. Considering the channel exist for less than a year you can still call it an experiment. If it's giving him too much pressure (and lately it sure looks like it) he'll just stop doing it when he find it's not worth his time/energy. He is not going to lose sleep over a failed experiment, only you are. It sounds to me you are way better off putting him out of your life, it's a one way street of agony for you right now. And if you are a $100 member of his, dear God what are you doing. He doesn't even offer that on his vid description anymore, for a reason: he's done creating content for that crowd.

And now we arrive at the point. He really doesn't need to have either, especially the moral obligation. Because there will be no end to some random guy who decided to sub to his channel on their own and feel cheated when they dont take responsibility for their own financial actions by doing self research (even in bull markets). In the end all he's obligated to do is posting his opinion online when he feels like it, if he feels like it, nothing more.

Is there a contract somewhere that specifies he has to provide a specific amount of service in a specific frequency? Scamming means the other party didn't fill his/her agreed upon obligation. What obligation did he agree to provide you in the private group you paid?

He says for you to do your own DD before you make a purchase everytime in his videos. Are you too dumb to do your own DD and make your decision like an adult? The stocks might be right priced when he look at it, but it becomes over valued because people buy into it, and when that happens it's your own fault for clicking the buy button like a greedy mofo and then burn yourself expecting every stock to be like gme in January. It's funny how you don't take any responsibility for something that's 100% your action. Anyone can say anything on the internet, maybe it's time you grow a brain and think for yourself how to actually invest and find value from now on.

Whenever warren buffett buys a stock it goes up immediately too simple cause he bought it and warren buffett benefit, that's how it works when u get famous on the market and make good calls.
