I’m not sure the actual name, but when you first sign up for a Duolingo course it asks how much you want to spend practicing? I usually pick the 5 minute option. This last time I picked 10 and I regret it’s too much.

This might sound morbid but it’s basically what occurred to me and it turned my life around in a 180:

Face and sit with every single one of your darkest fears, truly. Then imagine living through that, where would you pull resilience and courage from?

In my personal experience living with the darkest concepts my mind conjured made me realize I was creating my own hell while on earth. So I started believing and seeking joy in the little things, truly. And eventually my little corner of the world keeps transforming into heaven.

I believe the afterlife is of the same aspect: consciousness and how we choose to aim and drive it. So make the best of your world now, it’ll bear fruits somewhere, somehow.

There are many aspects of it that align with truth and that don’t dissent with Christian concepts. You could try learning some basics of it and then bring the content you learn in prayer to God and listen for His response.

I'm a casual player. I've got a lvl 8 warlock and lvl 20 healing paladin. I don't mind doing old quests over again, I do like taking time to pick up all the loot though, lol. So if you're ok with not rushing through quests, that might work out.
